Do I need to book an eye test?
No. We do not run an appointment system. Walk in any time between 10:30 am and 8 pm, Monday to Saturday. If you would rather avoid a wait, message us and we will suggest a quieter time of day.
How long does a visit usually take?
About forty minutes from walking in to placing an order, including an eye test, frame selection and measurement. Collection is a separate, much shorter visit.
Can I just come in for an adjustment?
Yes, any time, and there is no charge. Tightening, realignment and nose pad replacement usually take five minutes while you wait.
Do you take card payments?
Yes, along with UPI and cash. If you would like to confirm anything about payment before visiting, call the shop.
Is the shop accessible?
We are at street level on Bank Street. If you have specific access needs, message us beforehand and we will tell you exactly what to expect and help you plan the visit.
