Pricing and availability

Prices, frame availability, and brand collections are subject to change without prior notice. We recommend confirming current availability with our team before visiting for a specific product.

Eye testing

Eye tests conducted in store are intended to support the fitting of prescription eyewear. They are not a substitute for a comprehensive medical eye examination by a qualified ophthalmologist, and we encourage regular checkups with a medical professional in addition to visiting us.

Orders and collection

Prescription lenses are made to order against the measurements taken in store. Delivery timelines vary by lens type and coating, and we will give you an expected date when you order. Because lenses are made to your individual prescription, orders cannot generally be cancelled once production has begun.

Repairs and adjustments

Adjustments and tightening are carried out free of charge, including on frames not purchased from us. Larger repairs are carried out at our team's discretion based on the condition of the item, and we reserve the right to decline a repair where we believe it cannot be carried out safely or effectively.

Contact lenses

Contact lenses are supplied following a fitting and measurement. They must be worn according to the replacement schedule and hygiene guidance given at the time of supply. We are unable to accept returns on opened contact lens packaging.
