The Brands We Carry

We choose every brand on our shelves deliberately. Nothing here is filler, and nothing is stocked simply because it sells itself. Each tier exists for a different need, and our team can find you the right frame regardless of budget.

How we choose

What gets a label onto the shelf

One question settles it. Would we put this frame on someone who trusted us completely and never questioned the recommendation? If the answer is no, it does not come in, however well it would sell.

Construction

Hinges, barrel joints and temple cores are where cheap frames fail. We open and close every new model before we commit to it.

Fit range

A label has to offer something for narrow and wide faces, and for high prescriptions, not just one flattering sample size.

Service behind it

Spare temples, nose pads and screws have to be obtainable. A frame we cannot repair in three years is not one we will sell you today.

Honest pricing

Some well known names charge for the logo alone. If we cannot justify the number to your face, the label stays out.

Genuine articles

How to tell a real frame from a fake one

Counterfeit eyewear is common, and it is getting better at looking convincing. A few things are still reliable tells.

  • Every genuine frame carries model, colour and size codes etched or printed inside the temple arm, in crisp, consistent type.
  • The case, cloth and authenticity documentation should match the brand exactly. Generic packaging on a luxury label is a warning sign.
  • Hinges on real frames open smoothly and hold position. Counterfeits are usually loose or gritty out of the box.
  • Lens markings, including UV and polarisation etchings, are precise on genuine pairs and smudged or absent on fakes.
  • A price far below the market is the clearest signal of all.

Every frame we sell is sourced through authorised distribution and comes with its brand case, cloth and paperwork. That is not a marketing line, it is why some labels cost what they cost.

If you have bought something elsewhere and you are not certain about it, bring it in. We will look at it with you and tell you plainly what we think, with no obligation and no lecture.
